Missing Banner Forms Icon
Step 1:
On your VSU-owned office computer, right-click the <your username>' s Applications icon on your desktop.
For example, if the username you used to log into the computer was janbrady, the icon would be named janbrady's Applications.
Then, left-click Refresh. You should see the Banner Forms icon on your desktop.
Step 3:
If the icon is still missing, please complete and submit our online help request form. Please specify in the Request Details field that you are missing the Banner Forms icon.
