Closing Prior Banner Forms Sessions
Step 1:
On your keyboard, hold down both the Ctrl key and the Alt key at the same time.
While holding both keys, press and release the Delete key.
Step 2:
Click the Task List... button.
Step 3:
Click the Processes tab.
Step 4:
Locate and click on the process named Bannerweb.exe. Then, click the End Process button.
Step 5:
If you receive a warning message, click the Yes button.
Note: There may multiple entries for Bannerweb.exe. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until there are no remaining copies in the list.
Congratulations! You have successfully closed all prior Banner Forms Sessions. Please proceed with the Banner Forms configuration.
