Repairing Your Adobe Acrobat installation
Adobe Professional has a built-in self-diagnosis and repair system. If you encounter problems, such as error messages when running Adobe Professional or the software behaves in an unexpected manner, please use the steps listed below to initiate an Adobe Professional Repair.
Step 1:
Click the Help menu.
Then, click Repair Acrobat Installation.
Step 2:
Adobe Acrobat Professional will attempt to detect and repair any problems. Please be patient as the process may take some time.
Step 3:
Once this process is complete, you should see a prompt to restart your computer.
Click the Yes button.
After the restart, you will have successfully repaired your Adobe Professional installation.
