Moving Pages within a PDF Document
Step 1:
Click the View menu.
Then, pan over Navigation Panels.
Finally, click Pages.

Step 2:
A sidebar showing the pages in your PDFdocument should appear on the left-side.

Step 3:
Click and hold the left mouse button over the page you wish to move.
Drag the page to the desired location.
Then release the mouse button.

Step 4:
Review the document to ensure that the pages were moved to the correct location.
Then, click the File menu.
Finally, click Save.
Congratulations! You have successfully moved pages in a PDF document.
