Make a PDF File into an Interactive Form

Step 1:

Click the Forms button.

Then click Start Form Wizard....

Step 2:

Select An existing electronic document.

Then click Next.

Step 3:

Select Import a file from file system.

Then click Browse.

Step 4:

Select the file you wish to make into an interactive form.

Then click Open.

selct the file then click next

 

Step 5:

Click the Next button.

Step 6:

Click the OK button.

click the ok button

Step 7:

Adobe Professional will automatically detect most fields and make them fillable.

To add new fields, click the Add New Field button.

Then, select the appropriate control you wish to add.

Step 8:

Place the new field in the appropriate area.

Enter in the Field Name.

Then, click off of the field.

Step 9:

Click the File button.

Then click Save.

click file then save

Step 10:

Enter in a File name.

Finally, click the Save button.

enter in a file name. click save

Congratulations! You have successfully created an interactive form.
