How do I access library computers?
GHP faculty, staff, and students can log into the computers in the GALILEO lab of the library using the guest login username and password provided by GHP administration. If there is an overflow of traffic in the GALILEO lab, you can also access computers in the Internet Café.
How do I print at the library?
When printing in the GALILEO lab, GHP faculty, staff, and students can select the GHP printer located in room 3609 of the library. The room will be occupied by a GHP Librarian:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:30 am;
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm / Additional hours are available upon appointment only.
These jobs can only be claimed while the GHP Librarian is in the office. To use other printers or to print in other library labs, you will need to purchase a guest printing card at the Circulation Desk (to the right of the Helpdesk).

Can I connect to the VSU network?
GHP faculty and staff should contact Auxiliary Services to request guest access to the Valdosta State University residential network, Hallnet. For Auxiliary Services contact information, please click the Important Contacts link on the left of this page. After receiving an account username and password users will be able to connect wirelessly at any of the locations shown on the Hallnet Campus Map. Likewise, they will be able to connect through a wire in residence halls. However, since Hallnet is separate from our campus academic network, users will not be able to connect through a wire outside of residence halls.
Meanwhile, GHP students are not eligible for guest access to Hallnet.
Am I eligible for VSU accounts?
Aside from the guest wireless account listed above, VSU accounts are not available to GHP faculty, staff, nor students (e-mail, personal web space, etc.)
