Below are links to various downloadable software packages that are either used at VSU or recommended for use by the IT staff. If you are using a different version, we highly recommend that you remove the existing version and install the version available on this page.

Likewise, while we recommend the software listed, we are not the publishers of these packages. While we may be able to provide installation support, please contact the publisher of the package (eg. contact Grisoft for AVG Anti-virus) for advanced technical support and feature usage.

Normally, faculty and staff should not need to install software, especially for anti-virus, etc, on institutional equipment since this process is centrally managed by IT.
