This page includes a list of technical assistance resources. The information in the self-sevice section is meant to answer some of your questions and provide you with steps you can try on your own to correct the issue during the hours the Helpdesk is closed. Requests for assistance are online forms to be submitted for issues that cannot be corrected over the phone or through the use of self-service assistance guides.

Requests for Assistance
- Password Reset Form
- If you either do not know or have forgotten any of your VSU-related passwords, submit this online form to request to have it reset.
- NOTE: The IT Helpdesk does not handle Banner passwords. If you need assistance, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 229-333-5727 or by e-mail at registrar@valdosta.edu.
