- Letter of Intent Form: VSU students currently enrolled in a Georgia ONmyLINE degree program who wish to pursue one of the certificate or endorsement programs offered by Valdosta State in conjunction with their degree program must complete an Intent to Enroll Form and submit it to the Graduate School.
- Request for Temporary Enrollment in GOML: Students who are actively enrolled in a VSU College of Education degree program who are eligible and wish to complete courses offered through Georgia ONmyLINE must complete the Request Form and submit it to the Graduate School.
