Master of Education Secondary Education
The Department of Middle, Secondary, Reading, and Deaf Education is a multidisciplinary department offering the Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in middle grades education, secondary education, reading education, and deaf education. The M.Ed. in Secondary Education Secondary Education (grades 6-12) includes programs in English, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, history, or political science. All of these accredited programs are designed to build upon the professional base of knowledge developed from the undergraduate curriculum and are expected to develop abilities to deal with more of the intricate aspects of the teaching experiences.
