Message for GAs !
HOLIDAYS - Graduate assistants do not have to work holidays or make up hours missed due to holidays. The same is true for fall, Thanksgiving, and spring breaks.
NEW GRAD ASSISTANTS WILL HAVE THEIR FIRST PAYCHECKS MAILED TO THEM - DO NOT GO TO PAYROLL TO PICK UP!! Direct deposit will go into effect the second pay cycle.
Shared Services/ADP: GAs do not have to record time worked in the new ADP system. However, new GAs must register with ADP services (register after your first pay is issued allowing payroll time to input your information in their system).
