The graduate faculty application must be accompanied by a supporting memo from the applicant's department head and a supporting memo from the dean of the applicant's college before it will be considered by the membership committee.
- Include a blank copy of the student evaluation questionnaire used in the department and place numerical results in Item #3. Please do not use staples, paper clips, report covers, etc. - one binder clip to hold material will suffice! (Thanks! It makes things easier to copy or scan!)
- Those applying for renewal of their status must follow the instructions as outlined above.
- Applying for Temp Status: Department heads should submit memos and CVs for persons wishing temporary status to the dean of the graduate school. This can be done at any point in the semester. The faculty member must meet criteria 3 (see Criteria and Instructions).

Graduate Faculty Scholarly Research Funds for Fall 2009

The Graduate School currently has funds that may be spent on activities directly related to scholarlship and research activities. Requests are limited to no more than $650 and must be spent within the current fiscal year. For more information, visit the link below.
