Master of Education in Adult and Career Education
Career and Technical Education Option
The Masters of Education in Adult and Career Education has the following three Areas of Emphasis: Workforce Education & Development (WED); Career & Technical Education (CTE); and Business Education & Information Technology (BEIT). Each area of emphasis is designed to provide advanced knowledge, skills and dispositions in the field of Adult and Career Education and inherent within the area.
Career and Technical Education is an area designed for professionals who are working or wish to work in the Public School Secondary Education setting in roles such as but not limited to Career and Technical Education: teacher-leaders, curriculum specialists, program designers, and professional development specialists.
