Building a Solar Home
Are Thermal and Solar Energy the answer to our energy problems here on Earth? In this project, Technology Majors had to draft, construct, and develop solar powered home models from limited resources.
Majors were required to power a working fan to cool their building, power a LED light, and use thermal energy to simulate an alternative way to heat water. The buildings design was up to the student, which allowed them to build anything they wanted (ie: homes, cars, buildings, etc).
