Portugese Minor was avilable to students this year at GHP! Because the portuguese teacher, Garry Wickerd, also happens to be the latin major teacher, Portuguese is only available as a minor. The main goal of the class as describe by Mr. Wickerd is to "learn portuguese through storytelling and reading." To accomplish this students use native films, art, and sports. Through out the course of the six weeks students also perform a caberet (a self-written ten minute long play) and an artshow.
