Bill McCullough
Bill McCollough, Assistant Director for Residential Life, is in his eleventh year of serving GHP. With a staff of 34 RA's he is responsible for providing activities for the 700 students of the program when they are not in class. Outside of GHP he works as the Associate Dean of Students at Woodward Academy in College Park, GA.
Mr. McCullough was born into a military family, and began school in Osaka, Japan. He attended middle school in Giessen, Germany, and went to high school in Bartlesville, OK. Attending the University of Georgia on a football scholarship he earned a Bachelors Degree, and received his Masters from the Georgia College at Milledgeville.
After a short stint in the banking business, he joined the teaching profession in 1965 as a football coach with the Lanier Senior High School for boys. He then went on to Northeast High School in Macon and in 1972 became a member of the original faculty at Cedar Shoals High School in Athens Georgia. In 1981 he became the head football coach and Director of Athletics for Hart County High School. In 1985 he joined the staff of the Woodward Academy where he has been for 21 years.
