DESCRIPTION: This scholarship is limited to undergraduate students currently enrolled full time in allied health areas, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, radiology technology, etc. Pre-medical, pre-dental and dental hygiene students are not eligible for this scholarship. Students, who have been accepted at a college or university, but not into a particular health program, are not eligible for this scholarship.
This is a need based scholarship. Preference will be given to Cobb County residents when all factors are equal. Only students who have been formally accepted into their health major will be considered for the scholarship.
