Summer 2008 Application For Summer Aid

Instructions:

  1. Please fill out ALL of the fields below or your application may NOT be processed.
  2. You must have a complete financial aid file for 2007 - 2008 before we can evaluate your Summer application.
  3. Transient students are not eligible for financial aid at Valdosta State University.
  4. Pell grant for Summer is only available to those students who did not attend VSU as a full time student each semester during the 2007-2008 academic year.  By completing this form you will automatically be considered for any grants that you qualify to receive during the Summer semester.
  5. If you apply for a Stafford loan or PLUS loan, you must complete a separate loan request form, which you will receive with your Summer Semester 2008 award letter.
  6. If you are eligible for a student or parent loan, you must be enrolled in at least six undergraduate or five graduate semester hours to be eligible for payment of those funds.
  7. Disbursement of funds for those students enrolled for a Summer semester term will be no later than June 30, 2008.
