Campus CHILLEd Water Piping Project-COMPLETED
This project estimated at $350,000.00 will consist of installing new chilled water supply and return piping to serve Powell, Converse, Ashley and Reade Hall’s and the new chiller plant. We will start from the new chiller plant north of Powell Hall and run down the sidewalks at the rear of Reade, Ashley and Converse Hall. We will install temporary wooden bridges for pedestrians to cross over the open ditches during construction. The project will be fenced and there will be some disruption to vehicles traveling and parking at the rear of Converse, Ashley and Reade Hall’s. We will have to close the streets during part of this project to allow crossing of the new chilled water piping.
