What are current At-Work participants saying about the program?
"In 17 meetings, I have lost 53.4 pounds. Even better, I , as someone who has always had a poor self esteem, am feeling very good about myself.  I feel better both physically and mentally.  I get around better and though I am an ex smoker and will always get out of breath easier than most, there has been a vast improvement in that too."

"I went to the doctor recently and he cut two of my medications in half. I feel the best that I have felt in 6 years. In 17 meetings, I have lost 20 pounds "

"Since I started losing weight, I find that I am less tired and don't need so many naps. I am happy to say that in 17 meetings, I have lost 16 pounds "

"Our group leader, Angie Weldon is awesome. She can motivate anyone."
