Student safety and security are major concerns at VSU. Rapid and clear communication in an emergency is essential. To ensure quick and easy access to Public Safety, the university has installed 31 strategically placed emergency phones on campus. The phones are utilized for both information access and emergency notification. All models offer rapid, one-button call access and a separate speaker and microphone for hands free, two way communication.
