Workshop Development

The Employee and Organizational Development Department works closely with Departmental units to establish training needs and either alters existing course material or designs new courses from the ground up to meet those needs. Working as a liaison between either internal or external instructors and departmental representatives, the Department handles all details, including: registration, room and equipment setup, assembly and distribution of class materials, evaluation of course and all related record keeping.
