I Caught You Caring
About the Program
How it works?
Use the I Caught You Caring Program to reward service above and beyond the call of duty by any university employee, including staff, student workers and faculty. The completed card will be forwarded to the employee's supervisor, who will present the card to the person you wish to recognize for outstanding work. First time recipients receive a star shaped lapel pin. In addition, each instance of recognition is noted in the employee's personnel record.
Step 1
Simply complete an I Caught you Caring Card from any of the campus locations or complete a card online.
Step 2
Drop the I Caught You Caring Card in campus mail. The Card will be forwarded to the Office of Employee and Organizational Development, which will facilitate the reward process. Visitors to campus should ask a Valdosta State University employee to mail the card for them.
