Partners for Campus Excellence (PFCE)

Description

The Partners for Campus Excellence initiative began in October of 2000 as a response to the 1998 Retention Task force which emphasized that the process of improving services and student retention is everyone's responsibility.

Today, this program embraces Governor Sonny Perdue and the University System of Georgia's statewide "Customer Service Improvement Initiative" that began in August of 2006. We are called to be united in an effort to make Georgia the best-managed state in the country.

"University System of Georgia (USG) Chancellor Erroll B. Davis Jr. is asking the 38,000 faculty and staff employed by Georgia’s 35 public colleges and universities to provide faster, friendlier, more efficient service to the USG’s “customers,” including more than 253,500 students."
