- Who do I contact if I am having problems?

- What happens if all the VSU licenses are currently being used?
You will receive a message that says concurrency has been exceeded and you will not be able to sign in until another user signs out.
- What if I forget to sign out?
After 15 minutes of inactivity the system will automatically sign you out so the license can be used by another user.
- Can I print the tutorials for referencing later?
Currently this feature is not available; however printable handouts will be available early 2009. Also, to print out Quick Reference Cards for referencing later, Click on the links below to download the pdf Quick Reference Cards.
