The Plant Operations Department is a division of Finance and Administration and we report directly to Mr. Black, Interim Vice President for Finance and Administration. We have many loyal and talented employees and our objective is to provide timely and professional service to the campus community. Organization
The Director - Operations and Maintenance of Physical Plant reports directly to the Vice President for Finance and Administration. He is responsible for: all related engineering and architectural aspects of new buildings; maintenance, operations, and renovation of campus property; and such other duties assigned by the Vice President for Finance and Administration. These responsibilities include the operation of the Landscape and Grounds, provisions for Engineering planning and support, as well as Building Maintenance and Custodial Services to academic, administrative, and other University facilities. The maintenance of architectural documents is also part of his responsibilities.
