STUDENT employment advisory committee (seac)
The Student Employment Office, in collaboration with the Graduate School, has created the Student Employment Advisory Committee, an organization with the sole mission to act as a liaison between the students employed on campus and their supervisors. The primary focus of the SEAC is to better the outlook of student employment on campus through projects such as the hosting of training seminars and the participation in community-based service events. We push for student input in achieving these goals through web-based surveys and suggestion sheets, so that we can accurately perceive the student’s point of view. Issues brought to the committee’s attention will be thoroughly reviewed and acted on accordingly. The SEAC will allow students an opportunity to make their thoughts and opinions heard.
