Pay Plan Information
This pay plan consisted of pay grades 10 through 38.
This pay plan consists of new pay grades 11 through 16 with new pay ranges. These new pay ranges are effective on July 1, 2007 for all new hires.
MGT has made recommendations regarding moving employees to different pay grades based on their job duties. Some employees may have title changes and salary increases; some employees may only have title changes. These changes will be phased in as each new pay grade is touched over the course of the multi-year project.
PROPOSED COMPLETED MGT PAY PLAN
The complete pay plan propsed by MGT consists of paygrades 11-49. The pay plan will be phased in as funds allow.
