How To Pay Fees

It is the student’s responsibility to determine the balance due on their account and render payment by the fee payment deadlines. The web registration system is available 24 hours per day for this purpose or contact/visit the Bursary.

Invoices are ONLY mailed to those students who do not have adequate financial aid or other payment posted to their account.  Those invoices are mailed to the permanent address for fall semester and to their local address for spring and summer semesters.  Student email notices are sent via their VSU email account, as well, reminding them of the upcoming fee payment deadline date.  Those students who have a zero or credit balance will receive notification of automatic validation of class schedule via an autovalidation notice from the Bursary. It is the student’s responsibility to review their account before a fee payment deadline to ensure no additional funds are due (financial aid removed).
