Summer 2007 Fee Deadlines

  • Fee payments will be accepted on-line or at the Bursary beginning March 26th, 2007, the first day of Early Summer Registration for Maymester, Summer II, III & IV.  Early Summer Registration ends April 13th.  (Don’t wait in line or on the phone, remember you have a WEB On-line Payment option).
  • Invoices based on early registration will be mailed to local addresses on April 16th, 2007 to those students who registered during early registration and who do not have adequate financial aid or other payment posted to their accounts.
  • Please check your student account for additional financial aid that has been applied or removed after invoices processed on April 16th.
  • Early Summer Registration Fee Payment Deadline: Monday, April 30th, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. Cancellation of class schedules for non-payment of tuition and fees will follow.
  • Summer I (May Term) Regular Registration will occur May 8th and 9th.
  • Summer I Regular Registration Fee Payment Deadline: Wednesday, May 9th, 2007 at 5:00 P.M.
  • Late Summer I Registration with Late Registration Fee Penalty assessed: Thursday, May 10th, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. Cancellation of class schedules for non-payment of tuition and fees will follow.
  • Summer II & III Regular Registration begins June 4th and ends June 6th at 5:00 PM.
  • Summer II & III Fee Payment Deadline @ the Bursary Wednesday, June 6th, 2007 at 5:00 PM.  (Don’t wait in line or on the phone, remember you have a WEB On-line Payment option).
  • Late Summer II & III Registration June 7th and 8th.  Late Registration Fee Penalty assessed beginning the 7th.
  • Summer II and III Late Registration ends June 8th.  Late Fee Penalty assessed, Fee Payment Deadline 2:30 PM @ the Bursary.  Fees not paid will result in classes cancellation.
  • Summer IV Registration and Fee Payment Deadline: Friday, June 29th, 2007 at 5:00 PM.
  • Late Summer IV Registration with Late Registration Fee penalty assessed, fee payment deadline: Monday, July 2nd, 2007 at 5:00 PM.

Other important dates:

  • Mailing date for Financial Aid excess checks:  June 27th
  • NOTE: A $75 late registration fee penalty will be assessed to student balances when paid during late registration periods.
