- Educational and Institutional Cooperative (E & I Coop): E & I is a buying cooperative for educational and not-for-profit organizations. This page offers limited, guest access for viewing of the E & I contracts. VSU is a member of this organization and gets member prices. However, State law does not recognize these contracts and requires E & I to be invited to bid like any other supplier. E & I is used by VSU both as a resource of product information and as a potential supplier.
