Do you have the scoop on a Quality Customer Service Experience? We hope everyone finds the Division of Business & Finance providing our customers with accurate information and a sprinkle of friendly service with every interaction !! To help us reach our full service potential, Rita Suiter, founder and coach of FiveStar Customer Services Strategies spent a week with us talking with the division directors about their leadership strengths and challenges, working with other departments, mission/vision/core values statements and the overall image of the Business & Finance Division. Each department was rated on their one-on-one customer service, telephone service and facility appearance. Suiter, a legend in the Georgia hospitality business, gave the Division“ high fives” in an overall customer service rating. She could see the results of a three year customer service training project provided by our Organizational Development and Training department. Our image weaknesses lie in the physical forms of correspondence, signage, inviting work environments and divisional information brochures. In summary, “lights, camera, action……you are always on stage”.
