College Fair
On September 26, the UB Director, Academic Advisor and seniors attended the 2009 College Fair sponsored by 100 Black Men of Atalnta. Here are some photos from their trip!
Summer Trip to Washington D.C.
During the month of July, Upward Bound participants and staff ventured to Washington D.C. where they visited the nation's Capitol, toured Georgetown University and Howard University, enjoyed "The Color Purple" at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and gained a better understanding of American history by exploring historical attractions in and around D.C.
2009-2010 Kick-off
Upward Bound opened its 2009 Summer Program with a kick-off celebration. Staff, participants, and participants' family members enjoyed food and entertainment while learning about upcoming classes, workshops, and activities.
