Please complete the Faculty Search Applicant(s) List which includes #1-4 on this list.

Copies submitted will remain with the EOP/MA Office.

Large searches (20 or more applicants) should present information regarding non finalists in tabular format.

Submission of faculty searches through campus mail is discouraged.
