Richard has worked 20 yrs. at VSU (6.5 yrs. in the Cooperative Education Office & last 10 yrs. Assistant to the Dean). He received a BFA 81'- VSC in Speech Communications and an MPA 90'- VSC a Masters in Public Administration.
