Applying to ELI
Our Program
The program is designed for international students who have a basic knowledge of English, but have not reached the level required for university entrance or professional work.
Application Procedures:

Fill out an application:
- To receive an application to the ELI: send an e-mail requesting one to the Director of the English Language Institute, David Starling. Be sure to include your mailing address.
- Please print out the application form and the financial statement and mail or fax them to the ELI office. For more information please contact David Starling at dstarlin@valdosta.edu
- Include the $50 application fee in the form of personal or cashiers check. Also include financial forms and a bank statement from sponsor.
Note: Admission to the ELI Program does not constitute acceptance to the academic programs at VSU.
