Web Registration

Distance learning students must complete the registration process online. Students must complete admission procedures and meet registration requirements prior to registration. More information on registration requirements, policies and procedures is provided in the Undergraduate and Graduate catalogs. The Valdosta State University Homepage at www.valdosta.edu  is an additional resource for updated information.

The VSU Information Systems web pages provide a Banner Web Registration Student Guide.  Advising is mandatory prior to graduation for undergraduate and graduate students (see our Advising for Online Students web page). Returning students may register during Early Registration, Regular Registration or Late Registration. New Students may register during Regular Registration or Late Registration. The registration process is not complete until payment of fees.

See the Banner Registration web page for catalogs, course transfer equivalents, important registration information, exam schedules, schedule of classes, registration dates and more.

Student Responsibilities
Each student is responsible for ensuring that the courses selected at registration will meet degree requirements as specified in the Undergraduate or Graduate catalogs. Failure to obtain correct information will not exempt a student from having to meet degree requirements.
