STUDY SMART FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS
This is a 3-part psycho-educational group for students who want to improve their academic skills through a better understanding of topics such as time management, improving concentration, test taking skills, and test anxiety reduction.

Most of us know how to be a “best friend” to others but do not know how to be our own “best friend”. This seminar will teach you how to love yourself, be your OWN BEST FRIEND, in order to improve your quality of life, and assist you in fostering healthy relationships with others.

EMOTIONS - THE HOW’S, WHY’S, & WHAT’S

We all have emotions, yet we each experience them in our own unique way. At times, the frequency, intensity, and types of emotions we “feel” may be confusing or disruptive to our daily lives. This seminar will help you understand “HOW” emotions work, “WHY” you experience them the way you do (frequency, intensity, and types), and “WHAT” you can do with them so that they are beneficial to your well-being.
