HOW TO GET A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP
Presented by John Grotgen, Ph.D.
Achieving restful and adequate sleep is essential for maintaining good physical and emotional health. This program will provide information about the importance of sleep, causes of insomnia, and tips on how to sleep better. A drug-free approach to better sleep will focus on exercise, diet, relaxation, guided imagery, and changing poor sleep habits.
