CONTROLLING YOUR ANGER
Presented by John Grotgen, Ph.D.
Anger isn’t wrong. It is a powerful emotion that everyone feels from time to time. How we express our anger, however, can lead to positive results or it can get us into trouble. This seminar will describe proven anger control strategies, such as thought stopping, distraction, and situational relaxation. The program will then offer activities to practice these techniques and to develop your own strategy for positive control of anger in specific situations.

We all have emotions, yet we each experience them in our own unique way. At times, the frequency, intensity, and types of emotions we “feel” may be confusing or disruptive to our daily lives. This seminar will help you understand “HOW” emotions work, “WHY” you experience them the way you do (frequency, intensity, and types), and “What” you can do with them so that they are beneficial to your well-being.
