Minutes of October 12, 2004

 

 

1)       Call To Order

Chair Elect Bobby Flowers called the meeting to order at 8:50 a.m. in the University Center Rose Room.  Members present:  David Bennett, Bobby Flowers, Jeff Grant, Stanley Jones, Bob Lee, Mike McKinley, Marshall McLane, and Trisha Taylor.  Proxies: Rebecca Taylor to Stanley Jones.  Members absent were LeAnn Boyd, Sharon Butcher, Steve Fesler, Shawn Gibbons, Beth Giddens, Inman Grimsley, Mike Hamm, Ann Holland, Patrick Smith, Josie Stone,  Rebecca Taylor, Thor Withers, Shana Yorkey, and Tim Yorkey.

 

2)    Adjournment

Due to failure to form a quorum, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 a.m..
