About this Website...

The goal of the Early Childhood and Special Education Mentoring Program  is to provide quality mentoring and induction.

This program offers web-based support, resources, and mentoring to early childhood and special education teachers in their first year of teaching and during teacher preparation.

The Mentoring and Induction Program assists new teachers with:

  • The transition into teaching

  • Classroom management and effective teaching techniques

  • Joining the professional education community

  • Locating resources to support teaching and learning
