Classroom Organization
One of the biggest sources of stress for both new and veteran teachers is getting everything done in the amount of time allotted. At times, teachers can be inundated with extra duties, paperwork, and classroom management issues. Guiding new teachers in classroom organization and having a clear cut Action Plan which helps prepare new teachers for these eventualities is a must in new teacher induction.
In this section, sample Action Plans will be presented. Each school and school district should develop an Action Plan that reflects the policies and procedures of the individual system.
