PROGRAM OF STUDY CURRICULUM FORM
The following pages pertain to the courses which fulfill the requirements for an Middle Grades Education Degree. The curriculum check sheet is a duplicate of the form kept in students' advising records. This form helps advisors and students keep track of progress and serves as a method for ensuring that all prerequisites have been met prior to taking a particular course. Students need to be aware that enrolling in a course, without having completed the necessary prerequisites, is considered grounds for dismissal from that course.
