Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology
Admission Requirements
Applicants must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and have completed at least 15 semester-hours of prerequisite psychology courses to include general psychology, statistics, experimental psychology, and two additional approved psychology classes. Regular admission requires a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4 point system), a minimum score of 1000 on the combined Verbal and Quantitative sections of the GRE, with neither score below 400. Probationary admission may be granted for applicants with (a) a minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA and a combined Verbal/Quantitative score of 800 on the GRE, with neither score below 400 or (b) a minimum 2.5 undergraduate GPA and a combined Verbal/Quantitative score of 1000 on the GRE, with neither score below 400. All applicants must submit three letters of recommendation and a goal statement.
