Some students plan to pursue careers in fields related to exercise physiology such as physical therapy and physician assistant.
Others plan to pursue a masters degree in exercise physiology. Although many of the courses which are required for admission
into other “allied-health” degree programs are also required in the VSU Exercise Physiology program, it should be noted that
there is no affiliation between the VSU Exercise Physiology program and any physical therapy school or advanced degree program.
Students interested in physical therapy or other advanced degree programs are encouraged to contact  the allied-health or graduate
degree programs relative to the specific admission requirements of different schools.
