Professional Portfolio

Beginning Fall 2007 Library Media Students will be completing their portfolios in Livetext as part of the requirement for ITED 7299. Library Media students will receive directions for their portfolio during their internship.

Professional Portfolio Guidelines for Technology Applications Only

Submission of the Professional Portfolio for Technology Applications will be scheduled each semester.  All students who are planning to graduate during the semester will be required to submit the portfolio according to the schedule published on the departmental Web site.

Examples of Captions

At the links below, you can download PDF files of two captions.

Sample Caption #1 is an especially good example for description of how the artifact demonstrates competency in domains and their subdomains, with a focus on one domain.

Sample Caption #2 includes in the rationale a description of the use of the artifact with students, trainees, or other users, as well as listing “Implementation with students” as one of the descriptors.
