Types of Appeals
Appealing denial for admission into the College of Education programs or acceptance for student teaching
Students who wish to appeal their denial for admission into the College of Education programs or acceptance for student teaching may submit an appeal to the Undergraduate and Initial Preparation Policies Committee. This committee meets once a month. The committee reviews student appeals during the meetings and provides a written notice by the following day of the committee's decision.. The student’s appeal, any supporting documentation, and a copy of the letter is placed in the student’s advising file. Students should pick up an undergraduate appeal form in room 1020 in the James L. and Dorothy H.
