Joint Degree Program (AAS)Program of Study The Associate of Applied Science degree is a "two-year" college degree that combines academic courses with technical courses. Students complete the technical portion of their program at a selected Georgia technical college and complete academic course requirements at VSU. Valdosta State University offers an AAS degree in cooperation with the following technical college in Georgia: Wiregrass Georgia Technical College The AAS degree is offered with a major in health, services, business, and technology. | To receive the Associate of Applied Science degree at VSU, students must complete an approved program of study at Wiregrass Georgia Technical college and academic courses at VSU.
