The 17th Annual Gulf South Adult and Career Education Conference will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010, on the VSU campus. Approximately 30 different sessions will be presented including hands-on workshops. Over 140 participants attended the 2009 conference. We wish to thank everyone who came to this past year's Gulf South Adult and Career Education Conference. We believe everyone found the sessions and professional fellowship to be beneficial and valuable.

2009 KEYNOTE LUNCHEON SPEAKER:
Ms. Cynthia Greene
Ms. Greene is the current Business Manager for GACTE. She is a former Business and Information Technology Program Specialist for the Georgia Department of Career, Technical and Agriculture Education. Cynthia taught for 25 years has a high school Business Education teacher. She is an author of "Entreprenureship" textbooks. She has served in leadership positions in her professional asssociations including being former President of the National Business Education Association.
Remember, this conference is for all areas of Adult and Career Education including Agriculture Education, Business & Information Technology Education, Family & Consumer Science Education, Healthcare Science Technology Education, Marketing Education, Engineering and Technology Education and Technical, Trade & Industrial (ACCT) Education in both the secondary and postsecondary education settings.
